Our new website features

IBAC has launched its new, easy-to-use website, giving people improved access to more information, and easier avenues to report corruption and misconduct.

The new website, which was a key commitment in our Corruption Prevention Strategy, has been developed with the needs of the community and public sector in mind. Enhancements were informed by analysing the best features of other agencies’ websites, as well as engaging with users of the website and listening to their feedback. This included testing prototypes of the new design and functionalities with people from the community and public sector of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

Some of the website’s key enhancements include:

  • Improved search functionality to find what you are looking for quicker.
  • Personalised homepage experience: By telling us what area of the public sector you are interested in, the content refreshes to be more relevant to you.
  • Streamlined, step-by-step “complaint” and “provide info” reporting forms, including more support options as you progress through.
  • Quick links to police and public sector information and menus and hubs for faster access to relevant information.
  • Better, easier to navigate experience for mobile users.
  • Quick exit safety/privacy button.

Up to 500,000 people use IBAC's website each year to find information, watch public hearings, and make complaints. These improvements, and more on the way, aim to help keep the community informed and empower integrity champions across our state.
