Further update regarding Operation Sandon hearings
IBAC’s Operation Sandon public hearings will be adjourned today until further notice. IBAC Commissioner, The Honourable Robert Redlich QC said today (17 March 2020) he has decided to defer the public hearings at the end of today’s session until further notice as a precautionary measure in consideration of public health.

IBAC Commissioner, The Honourable Robert Redlich QC said today (17 March 2020) he has decided to defer the public hearings at the end of today’s session until further notice as a precautionary measure in consideration of public health.
IBAC will make a public announcement once it is appropriate to recommence the hearings. It will then conduct further public hearings at which the remaining witnesses will be examined. These public hearings will also involve a number of experts in areas including Victoria’s planning system, donations, lobbying and decision maker's governance.
