IBAC charges three Victoria Police officers with negligently causing serious injury
Victoria's independent police oversight body, the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC), has charged three Victoria Police officers with negligently causing serious injury.
The charges follow an IBAC investigation, Operation Blackmore, into an incident that occurred in Warrnambool in November 2017.
The first court appearance will be at the Warrnambool Magistrates' Court on 1 November 2021.
